About The Position

This is an entry-level, full-time, hourly position for a Korean Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst. The role involves supporting various supply chain operations, including demand planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and reporting. The analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including the GOC team in Suwon office, to ensure smooth supply chain operations and meet business objectives. This position offers hands-on experience at a global industry leader, Samsung, with opportunities for career advancement and H1B/Green Card sponsorship for qualified employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail.
  • Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal).
  • Bilingual English/Korean (speak, read, write) preferred.
  • The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing weekly HHP PO SKU lists after GSCM 2nd MP update and communicate with each account team to confirm and provide feedback to GOC/Factory on a weekly basis.
  • Monitoring production schedule to coordinate and manage inbound status daily for both FG and bulk shipments as planned, including follow-up communication with the GOC team in Suwon office.
  • Working with the PKG planning team to ensure weekly PKG quantity is aligned with weekly PSOP.
  • Working closely with the MPC packaging plan and coordinating with the Account and DF team to meet weekly/monthly sell-in targets.
  • Managing and tracking the monthly Unavailable EOH/Aging depletion process to consolidate account team’s depletion plan and monitor depletion status, including 'Unavailable inventory' through CRN, RB, and Scrap, and proactively consuming bulk (SM2/3) EOH prior to aging.
  • Reviewing and updating the status of previous week's RTF setback and distributing weekly reports, including reasons, to HQ in Suwon office.
  • Providing weekly updates on assigned category supply status and supporting weekly SCM day meeting content.
  • Publishing weekly reports, assisting with projects, and performing ad-hoc analyses as business needs arise.
  • New HHP launch Planning Tracker Management support.
  • AI related project support.
  • Collaborating with the team and providing backup when necessary.
