[Entry Level] Korean Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst (17756-1)
About The Position
The Korean Bilingual Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for reviewing weekly PO SKU lists, monitoring production schedules, coordinating inbound status, and managing inventory depletion processes. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including account teams, GOC, PKG planning, MPC packaging, and DF teams, to ensure alignment with sales and production plans. The analyst will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on supply status, supporting new product launches, and assisting with AI-related projects. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for career advancement and hands-on experience at Samsung.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, supply chain, or related field is preferred
- 0-3 years of experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
- Bilingual English/Korean (speak, read, write) preferred
- The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing weekly HHP PO SKU lists after GSCM 2nd MP update and communicate with each account team to confirm and provide feedback to GOC/Factory in weekly basis
- Monitoring production schedule to coordinate manage inbound status in daily basis on both FG and bulk shipment as planned including follow up communication GOC team in Suwon office
- Work with PKG planning team to ensure weekly PKG qty is aligned with weekly PSOP
- Working closely with MPC packaging plan and coordinate with Account and DF team to meet weekly/monthly sell in
- Manage and tracking monthly Unavailable EOH/Aging depletion process to consolidate account team’s depletion plan and monitor depletion status including 'Unavailable inventory' thru CRN, RB, and Scrap and proactive to consumption of bulk (SM2/3) EOH prior to get aged
- Reviewing and update a status of previous week's RTF setback and distribute weekly report including reasons to HQ in Suwon office
- Provide weekly update on assigned category supply status and support weekly SCM day meeting content. Publish weekly reports, assist with projects, and perform ad-hoc analyses as business need arises
- New HHP launch Planning Tracker Management support
- AI related project support
- Collaborate with team and provide backup when necessary
