About The Position
Mayvin is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to support a complex Army radar program office effort at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role integrates data from across the organization, enabling seamless access, collaboration, and decision support for leadership. This position is contingent upon award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of integrated master scheduler experience
- Minimum of 5 years knowledge manager experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an active Secret Clearance

- Advanced proficiency with Power BI
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management program supporting joint cyber capabilities operations
- Enable collaboration and streamline access to cyber operational data to support informed leadership decision making
- Promote, train, and assist users in adopting internal KM tools, repositories, and collaboration platforms
- Establish and maintain repeatable KM processes, best practices, and continuous process improvement methodologies
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, enterprise data models, and visual analytics using SharePoint, SQL, Excel, APIs, and cloud services
- Architect, configure, and administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and site collections, including lifecycle management and performance tuning
