Requirements
- 1+ years of experience supporting knowledge management, information management, records management, or business operations within a government, military, or corporate environment
- 1+ years of experience organizing, maintaining, and improving digital repositories, collaboration platforms, or document management systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Confluence
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
- Knowledge of knowledge management principles, information lifecycle management, taxonomy development, metadata, and document governance best practices
- Ability to develop and maintain artifacts such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and workflows, that improve information-sharing and organizational efficiency
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve collaboration, knowledge capture, retrieval, and dissemination across teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting the Department of War
- Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force
- TS/SCI clearance
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Certification
