About The Position

Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Senior-level Knowledge Manager (Requirements Engineer) at Fort Meade, MD. This role is crucial for aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations for analytic production. The position involves utilizing centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflow and processes. Responsibilities include compiling performance and usage metrics reports, assessing future requirements for knowledge management capabilities (search, discovery, storage, retrieval, production, and taskings), and disseminating intelligence products across various networks and portals. The role also requires applying requirement management methodologies to reengineer processes that align with organizational mission needs and priorities, acting as a liaison between J2 customers and IT/KM Requirements Analysts to ensure KM requirements are integrated into the overall requirement management cycle. Additional duties involve identifying customers and suppliers, documenting key processes, designing and assessing new processes in accordance with DoD and Intelligence Community policies, and planning for new processes including related technology changes.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Current CI polys taken within the past seven years
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree

Responsibilities

  • Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
  • Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
  • Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
  • Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
  • Applies requirement management methodologies and best practices to assist in developing or reengineering processes in order to better align them with organization mission needs and priorities.
  • Acts as the conduit between a variety of J2 customers and the IT/KM Requirements Analyst to ensure KM requirements are incorporated into the overall requirement management cycle.
  • Identifies organization customers and suppliers.
  • Identifies key processes and documenting as needed.
  • Designing, document and assess new processes and all related DoD and Intelligence Community policies.
  • Plan for new processes to include related changes in technology.
