About The Position

This position is responsible for attending the knife room window; issuing, receiving and properly accounting for all knife room supplies and equipment. Other duties include: keeping the knife room and all supplies and equipment in a neat, clean and organized manner; maintaining a safe work environment, following and enforcing all applicable safety policies; repairing knife room supplies and equipment as necessary; cycle inventory counts; load & unload parts for supply; Lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
No previous experience required
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management
Ability to comprehend material
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Tyson required software
Ability to work independently
Organizational skills and ability to perform job in an effective and efficient manner
Strong people skills
Cannot have 6 attendance points or more
Cannot have suspension in the last 12 months

Responsibilities
