The Lawrence, Kansas facility is 236,000 square feet and home to about 155 hard working team members who are proud to produce iconic pet food brands like Kibbles 'n Bits®. Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or a GED
• Ability to comply with a strict attendance policy
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability and willingness to communicate with cross functional teams
• Ability to comply with captive uniform and safety shoe policy
• Ability to complete routine computer-based trainings

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload bulk ingredients from rail cars and trucks
• Perform accurate, timely tests on incoming ingredients to ensure quality assurance and food safety
• Operate grinding and mixing equipment
• Maintain equipment to reduce/eliminate downtime
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and orderly work area to ensure employee and food safety
