Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of assembly experience preferred
Basic computer and keyboard skills
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and work instructions
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to stand/walk up to 90% of the shift
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work safely with chemicals as required

Responsibilities

Assemble, test, and rework kits and sub-assemblies using blueprints, MOS, or SPP documentation
Perform in-process inspections to maintain high product quality
Meet productivity, scrap, and rework targets
Read and interpret assembly documentation, part numbers, and specifications
Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles
Ensure inventory accuracy and follow Kanban and FIFO processes
Safely handle materials and maintain proper storage standards
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to improve processes and product quality
