Boston Whaler - Kitter - Day Shift
About The Position
The Kitter provides material support to the boat assembly process for boats approximately 11–42 feet long. The role fills material requirements according to production orders using paper or electronic pick tickets, or upon request. It pulls materials and parts from shelves and assembles them on racks for distribution to the manufacturing floor, expedites parts and material shortages, and participates in inventory cycle counts. Work takes place inside a warehouse-style manufacturing facility, with exposure to dusts associated with fiberglass boat production. Concrete floors are present. Safety equipment, including cut gloves and safety glasses, is provided; additional protective equipment is available upon request. The position is full-time, working Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
