About The Position
The Kitter provides material support to the boat assembly process for boats approximately 11–42 feet long. The role fills material requirements using production orders from paper or electronic pick tickets, or upon request. It pulls materials and parts from shelves and assembles them on racks for distribution to the manufacturing floor, expedites parts and material shortages, and participates in inventory cycle counts.
