About The Position

Kwik Trip is hiring a full-time Material Handler/Runner for its Kitchens department in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The Kitchens department produces more than 40 food products for approximately 800 retail stores, including soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, take-home meals, and prepared fruit and vegetable products. The position supports production by supplying production lines from the warehouse, removing finished products, breaking down cardboard, and maintaining cleanliness in production areas.

The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment, work up to 10 or more hours, and meet the listed physical requirements. The full pay range is $18.75 to $24.96 per hour; actual pay depends on qualifications and other factors. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Bring product from the warehouse to supply production lines.
• Remove finished product from the production room.
• Open and break down cardboard boxes.
• Perform general housekeeping in production rooms, including sweeping, changing garbage, and compacting cardboard.
• Cycle-count ingredients on a schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas.
