About The Position
Grinders Above and Beyond is a family-owned restaurant that has served food since 1976. The Kitchen position involves learning to prepare menu items and kitchen preparations after training, and working safely in a fun, fast-paced environment. The employee sets up, closes, stocks, and cleans an assigned area, performs tasks assigned by management, and supports other staff as a team player. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.
Requirements
- No experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Must be able to perform assigned job descriptions and tasks.
- Must be a team player and help support other staff.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu items and develop working knowledge of them after training.
- Learn kitchen preparations and follow food safety practices.
- Set up and close the assigned area.
- Stock and clean the assigned area.
- Perform job duties and tasks assigned by management.
- Support other staff as a team player.
