POSITION SUMMARY: It is the primary responsibility of the Kitchen Worker to maintain the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen areas and equipment by washing dishes, pots, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties. Assists workers engaged in preparing food for hotels and restaurants by performing the following duties. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.
