Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have High School Diploma/GED.
- Must have one to two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills.
- Must be able to count money and change correctly.
- Knows or is able to learn tray service.
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests and verbally acknowledges each guest promptly.
- Serves as an ambassador of an excellent guest dining experience.
- Prepares restaurant and tables for service.
- Responsible for a certain section(s) and provides superb service following the service standards.
- Shows enthusiasm towards guest and products.
- Helps follow servers; maintains a team mentality.
- Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine and beverages.
- Reconciles checks, thank guests and invites them back.
- Clears and resets tables.
- Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines.
- Stocks side stations throughout the shift; Performs opening/closing side work.
