About The Position

This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn the basics of detergents, chemicals, sanitation techniques and ware-washing procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs. on a pushcart, and enter walk-ins of -10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without assistance.
  • Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

  • Working hands-on in any kitchen environment to ensure all china, glass and silverware, flatware, dish machines, etc. are cleaned and maintained according to Station Casinos standards and specifications.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.
  • Ensuring and complying with a safe and hazard free work environment according to the Department of Health and OSHA regulations.
