The primary responsibility of this role is the washing of all restaurant dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment. This position also completes deep cleaning tasks as posted on a master cleaning schedule, is responsible for equipment maintenance and cleaning, and informs management of any malfunctions of machinery. The Kitchen Utility is familiar with and follows sanitation rules and regulations. Depending on experience and business needs, this role may assist in other areas of the kitchen or restaurant, such as prep cooking, cleaning, and helping bussers.
