About The Position

Kitchen Utility personnel are responsible for following direction from supervisors. Performs all tasks directed by supervisors. Ensures service standards are met with internal and external customers. Ensures all food and beverage outlet operations are to Clark County Health Department standards.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds of product.
Ability to push up to 250 pounds on a cart.
Ability to withstand extreme temperature changes from -10 degrees to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Physical ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to walk frequently, stoop, bend, or reach to a height of 6 feet.
Normal or corrective vision ranges and absence of color blindness.
Good eye-to-hand coordination.
Normal sense of smell, taste, touch, and sound.
Ability to read, speak, and communicate effectively.
Ability to obtain all government/county required licenses or certificates.

Responsibilities

Maintain valid work cards at all times during the shift.

Practice and observe all safety rules and regulations.
Ensure all overseen areas meet Clark County Health code standards.
Maintain professional personal grooming and uniform standards.
Have complete knowledge of MSDS booklet and locations.
Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
Treat all members of the staff with care, dignity, fairness, respect, and recognition.
Work productively with direct/indirect supervisors and peers.
Display and encourage teamwork within the departments.
Maintain regular attendance to conform to company standards.
Follow established company rules and regulations.
Communicate with department supervisors and staff to ensure smooth transitions of shifts and tasks.
