About The Position

This role is responsible for preparing food and serving customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position involves learning and growing within a team environment and offers competitive wages and team member perks.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Must prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
  • Must complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
  • Must taste completed meals to ensure quality.
  • Must operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
  • Must store, label and date all food items according to policy.
  • Must follow HACCP guidelines.
  • Must complete all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
  • Must comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
  • Must take orders from customer and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
  • Must serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Must complete orders from steam tables and grill and serve customers at multiple stations.
  • Must use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
  • Must operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
  • Must store, label and date all food items according to policy.
  • Must follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
  • Must resolve customer concerns.
  • Must perform other duties as assigned.
