Kitchen Team Member Part Time
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while keeping the deli area clean and stocked. You will answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, and assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them supplied with fresh offerings throughout the shift. You will prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides and use methods and technologies to follow company policies and maintain proper food safety conditions. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. No experience is required; training is provided.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping fresh offerings stocked throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- May cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
