About The Position

As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service and help keep the deli area clean, stocked, and supplied with fresh offerings. The role includes preparing deli products according to designated preparation guides and using methods and technologies to maintain food safety in accordance with company policies and procedures. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars and keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures for maintaining proper food safety conditions.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
