Kitchen Team Member Part Time
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service and help maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No experience is required; training is provided. You will answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, assist store cashier team members with the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, and use methods and technologies to maintain food safety and comply with company policies and procedures. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. The position requires moving and lifting 25 pounds or more and working in various temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold and hot sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
