As a key part of the Pullman Market QSR team, the Kitchen Team Member ensures smooth kitchen operations by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting. Collaborating closely with team members, they embody the company’s values of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence. The role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for service, as well as a commitment to creating a safe, positive environment while supporting all aspects of food preparation and back-of-house operations.

Texas Food handler and TABC certification.

Responsibilities

Work 4-5 days a week in the restaurant.
Follow company training programs and proficiency in using a POS system.
Contribute to high morale by maintaining a positive outlook.
Collaborate with team members to increase productivity, maintain standards, and innovate.
Support fellow teammates positively through mentorship and training.
Keep station or work areas clean and organized during shifts, including the overall restaurant and property.
Accountable for tasting, monitoring, rotating, and tracking food in assigned work area or stations.
Utilize strong verbal and non-verbal communication to relay information effectively.
Communicate daily with the Management team regarding low stock and needed items for future shifts.
Minimize waste in the restaurant.
Ability to take customer orders accurately.
Ability to handle credit card and cash payments securely.
Wear clean and unwrinkled uniform items daily. Work at a quick, efficient, and safe pace during shifts.
Be an ambassador for the company and maintain professionalism in and outside of work.
Consistently deliver outstanding guest service and hospitality to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience at all times.
