About The Position

As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. The role includes answering questions about menu offerings, responding to customer needs, and helping keep deli, coffee, and fountain bars clean and supplied with fresh offerings throughout the shift. You will prepare deli items according to designated preparation guides and use company methods and technologies to maintain food safety. Team members may also cross-train in other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars.
• Keep service areas stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use company methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
