Kitchen Team Member Part Time
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while keeping the deli area clean, stocked, and supplied with fresh offerings. The role includes answering questions about menu items, addressing customer needs, assisting store cashier team members with deli, coffee, and fountain-bar upkeep, and preparing deli products according to designated preparation guides. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires the ability to lift and move 25 or more pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping fresh offerings available throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
