Kitchen Team Member Part Time
About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service and help maintain a clean, stocked deli area. You will answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, and prepare a variety of deli products according to designated preparation guides. You will use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures for food safety. Additional duties may include cross-training in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles. No experience is required; training is provided. The role requires the ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to comply with company policies and procedures for maintaining proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
