Kitchen Team Member Part Time

About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service and help maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No prior experience is required; training is provided. You will prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides and follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
- Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them supplied with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
- Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches and wraps, and parfait cups.
- Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
- Potentially cross-train in departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
