About The Position

Vicious Biscuit is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for prep and dishwashing work at a fast-casual breakfast restaurant. The role supports back-of-house operations by preparing ingredients, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and assisting line cooks. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. The position offers $18–20 per hour, a morning-only schedule with no nights, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth and travel as the company expands. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• No experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Available to work weekends.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Obtain food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Holding a food safety or alcohol certification at the time of hire is a plus.
• Basic cooking or food safety knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and maintain consistent portions.
• Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Store and label food items properly to minimize waste.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures.
• Work with the team and front-of-house staff to keep service flowing.
