About The Position

Requirements

• No experience required — we'll train you
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Available to work weekends
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food safety and alcohol certifications within 30 days of hire (holding either at hire is a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Basic cooking or food safety knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients to recipe, with consistent portioning
• Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Properly store and label food items to minimize waste
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and waste-handling procedures
• Work with the team and front-of-house to keep service flowing
