About The Position
Manage the delivery, organization, and rotation of inventory, and ensure that all storage and delivery areas are maintained in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Provide and replenish food and beverage supplies in assigned venues.
- Verify that goods received match all documentation (order sheet and packing slip) and are of expected quality.
- Ensure the integrity of all supplies collected from the receiving department.
- Ensure cleanliness of all storge areas including coolers, freezers, and dry storage.
- Maintain proper rotation of supplies.
- Remove empty bottles, trash, and dirty linen/laundry from venues.
- Assist receiving department with delivery of supplies as necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
