This role involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, managing trash and recycling, and supporting kitchen and event teams. Requirements
- No experience necessary; training will be provided
- Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
- Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
- Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
- Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
- Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
