About The Position

As a Kitchen Steward, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. This includes washing dishes, scrubbing pots and pans, sweeping floors, taking out trash, and ensuring all clean china, glass, and silver are properly stored. You will also work with the kitchen crew to maintain sanitation standards, organize utensils, and ensure proper food storage and rotation. The role requires a team-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. You will represent the team with reliability and good character.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
Ability to perform effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
Capacity to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
