About The Position
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant lounge and bar scene, where every shift is an opportunity to create memorable moments for our guests. Located close to Williston Basin Speedway and Williston State College, the Grand Williston Hotel & Conference Center offers a warm and friendly welcome for your visit to North Dakota. Unwind in one of our spacious guest rooms featuring our newly upgraded mattresses for the perfect night's sleep; enjoy HDTV, stay connected with free WiFi, and start your day with a hot breakfast at our full-service restaurant. Tavern at The Grand is also open for dinner, drinks, and games. Bring the kids and enjoy family time at our indoor pool with a waterslide. Our goal is to make every guest feel at home. Requirements
- A few months of related experience or training.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations).
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
