About The Position

Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar with locations in Downtown Tulsa, South Tulsa, and Bentonville. The Kitchen Staff member prepares menu items, ensures food meets temperature and quality standards, and works with other kitchen staff to support timely and efficient food preparation. The role also maintains safety and sanitation standards and performs portion and quality control.

Requirements

Prior cooking experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of menu items using grills, ovens, and other equipment.
