About The Position
As a member of the Kitchen Staff, you will help wherever needed, including making dough, preparing vegetables, cleaning, stocking, and using kitchen equipment to prepare menu items. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. This role is suited to someone who enjoys great food, works hard to support the team, and helps keep orders moving. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.
Requirements
- Enjoy working on a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for approximately 90% of the workday and access all areas of the location.
- Ability to lift 3–40 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to tolerate warm temperatures and use kitchen equipment proficiently.
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, climb, and move around the facility.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Make dough and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
- Clean and stock the kitchen, including areas behind the oven.
- Help with new duties and other tasks as needed, learning by doing.
- Follow directions and prepare menu items.
- Work with the team to keep pizzas moving out of the kitchen.
