About The Position
Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar with locations in Downtown Tulsa and South Tulsa. The Dishwasher helps maintain clean, sanitized dishes and a clean kitchen while supporting kitchen staff. The role is based at Yokozuna Blue Dome in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and may be full-time or part-time, with any shift and no travel.
Requirements
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must provide a THD Food Handler.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes and utensils, ensuring items are sanitized according to health standards.
- Properly store clean items.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including floors, sinks, countertops, and walls.
- Take out trash and support kitchen staff.
