We are looking for Kitchen Shift Leads who are committed to inspiring an up-beat, productive and fun team environment at our Commissary Kitchen. Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse, The Win~Dow, Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks + Coffee, and Pitfire PIzza.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a fast casual environment that values quality food.
• At least one year in a Kitchen Supervisor or Shift Lead role.
• Focus on building positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Commitment to our service standards and excellent training.
• Ability to create a memorable experience for every guest and role model heartfelt hospitality.
• Ability to remain calm, positive and solutions-oriented when under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Pizza experience is a plus.
