About The Position

The Kitchen/Sales Associate serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. The role helps ensure shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting profitability. Duties include preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized store, handling cash and merchandise responsibly, completing shift reports, and following regulations for restricted purchases. This position is at 1023 College Dr, Devils Lake, ND, on the afternoon shift from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Shifts may change based on store needs, and flexibility is preferred. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be legally eligible to work in the country of application.
