About The Position

Maxime’s is a private member’s club founded by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City. The Kitchen Porter joins the culinary team and helps maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen and back-of-house operations. The role is part of an established team delivering daily guest experiences, with career progression opportunities and exposure to a private member’s club environment. Regular standing and walking, as well as occasional lifting, are required as part of normal restaurant operations. Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Dishwasher, or in a similar kitchen support role.
Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, hotel, or private club environments.
Food Safety Certification.
