Requirements

  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Proven track record of developing others

Responsibilities

  • Delivering operational excellence by fully owning Back of House operations from open to close, ensuring every shift runs smoothly through strong systems, checklists, and accountability
  • Building high performance teams by training, coaching, and developing Team Members and emerging leaders, creating a deep leadership bench within your day-part
  • Managing staffing and labor effectively by ensuring proper coverage, partnering with the Hiring Lead, and maintaining productivity standards to support business needs
  • Maintaining a culture of food safety and cleanliness by upholding elite standards, coaching SAFE and health guidelines, and owning all audit outcomes
  • Increasing profitability by reducing waste, managing labor, and using data to identify opportunities and improve operational performance
  • Ensuring catering excellence by delivering 100% accurate and on-time orders in partnership with Front of House, creating a seamless guest experience
  • Holding the team accountable to high standards in performance, conduct, and policy adherence, while fostering a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement
