As a Kitchen Manager, you oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory, and lead kitchen staff to deliver a great customer experience. Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or food service management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of food safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed
  • Kitchen management or supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and operations
  • Ensure food is prepared consistently and meets quality standards
  • Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Create staff schedules and monitor labor costs
  • Train and coach kitchen employees
  • Minimize waste and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent customer experiences
  • Handle kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
