Requirements

2 years of Leadership experience

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Hospitality experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Delivering operational excellence by fully owning Back of House operations from open to close, ensuring every shift runs smoothly through strong systems, checklists, and accountability
Building high performance teams by training, coaching, and developing Team Members and emerging leaders, creating a deep leadership bench within your day-part
Managing staffing and labor effectively by ensuring proper coverage, partnering with the Hiring Lead, and maintaining productivity standards to support business needs
Maintaining a culture of food safety and cleanliness by upholding elite standards, coaching SAFE and health guidelines, and owning all audit outcomes
Increasing profitability by reducing waste, managing labor, and using data to identify opportunities and improve operational performance
Ensuring catering excellence by delivering 100% accurate and on-time orders in partnership with Front of House, creating a seamless guest experience
Holding the team accountable to high standards in performance, conduct, and policy adherence, while fostering a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement
