About The Position

At Buffalo Wild Wings, the Kitchen Manager role is an exciting opportunity to advance your restaurant management career. This position is central to creating legendary experiences for both guests and team members by managing the Heart-of-House (HOH). The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of the HOH operations and providing essential direction and supervision to all HOH team members.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of labor laws
  • General knowledge of health codes
  • General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
  • General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • General knowledge of computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing your team

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
