About The Position

This position is central to creating legendary experiences for both guests and team members by managing the Heart-of-House (HOH). The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of the HOH operations and providing essential direction and supervision to all HOH team members.

Requirements

• General knowledge of labor laws
• General knowledge of health codes
• General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
• General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
• General knowledge of computer operations
• Passion for training and developing your team

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
