About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kitchen Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Enfield. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is excited to grow within one of the most highly esteemed restaurant brands in the nation. This role is intentionally flexible and may be filled at either a Shift Leader or Assistant Director level, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to take ownership in the kitchen, develop others, and make a direct impact on both the team and overall restaurant performance while working alongside an experienced Owner/Operator.

Requirements

1 year of Leadership experience
Kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
Ability to lead in a fast-paced evening environment
Joy in encouraging and developing others
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit with a heart for people
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen during evening shifts to ensure strong execution, food quality, and team effectiveness
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized back-of-house environment
Support speed and accuracy in food preparation while upholding Chick-fil-A standards
Coach, encourage, and develop team members working in the kitchen
Help create a positive team culture built on accountability, care, and high standards
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
