About The Position
Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Kitchen Installer. This role involves installing home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The installer will communicate with management at the end of each installation to authorize final payments and complete job checklists with homeowners. A key aspect of this role is treating each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
Requirements
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
- Established LLC or Business
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
