The role involves installing home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed, communicating with management to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, completing a job checklist with the homeowner, and treating each homeowner and their property with respect. Requirements
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
- Established LLC or Business
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
