About The Position
Renuity is a brand uniting seven home renovation companies, including Mad City Windows & Baths, with a mission to revolutionize home improvement. This role involves installing home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed, communicating with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and completing job checklists with homeowners. Installers are expected to treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect. Requirements
- 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens
- Established LLC or Business
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
