About The Position

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and precision

• Must complete and pass a criminal background check and a vulnerable sector check (if required by operations).

Nice To Haves

• 2 to 3 years of experience is an asset
• Bilingualism is an asset, as some clients are English-speaking
