About The Position

The Cook position is responsible for assisting the chef in preparing the daily menu, cooking and finishing dishes, and participating in food service operations. The role requires ensuring high-quality food service and customer satisfaction, optimizing food and labor costs, and adhering to management, health, hygiene, and food safety programs. The Cook will also monitor and control service quality, participate in monthly inventory, and demonstrate creativity while respecting client needs.
