About The Position

A growing kitchen design company is seeking a full time Kitchen Designer / Inside Sales Associate to work with customers throughout the entire kitchen design and purchasing process. This is an in office position for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and helping turn their needs and preferences into a functional kitchen design. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and detail oriented with a strong understanding of customer service and sales. This individual will meet with customers, understand their style, needs, and budget, assist with kitchen designs, place orders, and follow each project through from beginning to end.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of budgeting and working within customer price ranges
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects at once
• Excellent communication and follow through
• Comfortable working full time in office

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience preferred
• Kitchen design or related industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers from initial consultation through completion
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets
• Assist customers with kitchen layouts and design decisions
• Guide customers through product and material selections
• Prepare and place orders accurately
• Coordinate order details and follow up throughout the process
• Maintain strong communication with customers
• Ensure each project stays organized and moves forward efficiently
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience from beginning to end
