About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and deliver high-quality food to customers. This hourly position pays $20.00 per hour. Kitchen Crew Members prepare and cook food, manage inventory and portions, keep the store clean, and ensure orders are accurate and served promptly. The role requires compliance with health and safety codes, company procedures, and the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline. The position may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Understand and comply with the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Perform food preparation and inventory stocking, and maintain food quality and portion control when cooking and serving at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure they are accurate and served promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness by performing daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
